Ivory Staunton Chess Set dating to the second half of the 19th century, one side stained in red, the other side left natural. The set was made in China for the export market. King size is 3.4" (87 mm). Slim Bishops, which are contrasting the rather sturdy, jovial Knights. Together with a fitted box.
